He lovingly calls this practice the 3E’s. Everyone needs energy every day. Yet for most it must be easy to follow and memorable so clients will be drawn to a daily practice. Join Grand Master Lu as he teaches a full Wu Ming Qigong routine that benefits practitioner and client in relaxing the body with the ultimate goal of accumulating more Qi. To accumulate Qi we must first cut off the expense. This form is intended to do just that and will lead to a happier and more balanced life. Grand Master Lu has been studying martial arts for over 50 years. His dedication to sharing the art of Qigong continues to guide his life’s work.
