Looking for an extra boost of energy to kick-start your day? Join Clayton Crosley for the NQA SynerQi event, where he’ll guide you through "Waking the Qi"—a dynamic set of exercises designed to awaken your internal energy and get you moving. You’ll learn moves like "Bow in Humility," which opens the lower back muscles and lengthens the spine; "Dragon Spies Its Prey," for raising energy and clearing stagnant energy from the head/brain; "Stir the Clouds," to loosen the body and stimulate the gallbladder meridian; "Thunder," which vibrates the whole body to release stuck energy and align the joints; and "Lightning," which releases excess energy and activates the downward flow. These exercises are perfect additions to your morning routine. Clayton will also offer adaptations for those with challenges like leg weakness or limited range of motion, making these exercises accessible to everyone.
