IMPORTANT: Please Read All Information  

NQA 2025 Annual Conference Refund Policy:

We understand that plans can change, and we aim to make attending the NQA 2025 Annual Conference as flexible as possible. Our refund policy ensures you have options while maintaining a smooth event experience.

Full Refund: Cancellations made on or before August 15, 2025, will receive a 100% refund of the registration fee.

Partial Refund: Cancellations made after August 16 will receive a 50% refund of the registration fee. 

Credit Option: In addition to the refund policy, cancellations may be converted into a credit with the NQA. Credits can be applied toward future NQA conferences, online workshops, NQA membership, or purchases in our online shop.

If you're unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to another person at no additional cost. Transfer requests must be submitted by September 20, 2025. To request a refund or transfer, please contact us at info@nqa.org. 

Photography & Recording Notice: 

By registering for the NQA 2025 Annual Conference, you acknowledge and agree that event organizers may take photographs and record video and audio during the event. These recordings may be used for promotional, educational, or archival purposes by the National Qigong Association (NQA). If you have concerns about being recorded or photographed, please contact us before the event.
